umg... i don't think there's a way...
as i know, the blinker works in this manner..
the current flows to the bolb and when the bolb reaches certain temperature, it will turn off... so if you have 2 bolbs attached, it will blink in longer intervals.. so imagine if you have one bolb that's bad.. well twice the current flows into just ONE bulb... faster it gets heated up. and faster it will turn off...
i know people change the speed of the blinking by changing the bulb. well try looking for a bulb... good luck

I thought of a way, but I don't know if it would look cool or not. Switch the hot wire from the bumper light and the light in the headlamp around. So now the bumper light always stay on and that light in the headlamp blinks when you signal. Don't know if that would be legal or not but you won't have that cool effect of your headlamps glowing when you have your courtesy light on.

It might. My friend rigged something like that up with his '99 Accord and it kept burning out every 2 or 3 months. Or at least we thought it was burning out. We found out later that when It got really hot it started melting the holder and short itself. But the bulb it use is different then the Prelude so I wouldn't think it will be a problem. I was actually thinking of using led bulbs so it wouldn't get hot at all.

i've tried it before, u can do it the cheap way or the expensive way... the problem with the cheap way: it's going to also turn into a hyper blinker, AND the green signal indicator on ur gauge cluster will light up dimly when the parking lights are on. Or you can do it the expensive way, which involves buying relays... its not THAT expensive but it costs more money than just using 2 wires =-P. Either way, go do a search, or look in the FAQ!

Blinkers

Here's how I did it.

Get ahold of 2 dual filament sockets for a dual filament bulbs used in brake lights. I used Civic brake light sockets. As long as they will screw into the socket on the back of the taillights they will work.

Then what you would do is cut off your existing sockets and wire up the new sockets the same. With the extra power wire you would run that to the power wire on your park lights on the side of the bumper.

In effect this will give you park lights in the front but they will get brighter when you put the blinker on.

This makes the front end look MUCH nicer at nght and for all the light the JDM fogs throw out you'd be much better off doing this mod. Definately MUCH cheaper!

Hope this helps!
