bleeding coolant on a SH

My idle goes up and down erratically on cold starts, and I've already cleaned the IACV, and to no avail. So I'm thinking, there are air bubbles on the cooling system. I think the idling problem started when I opened the RAD Cap just to check it out. I'm not sure where the bleeder valve and the drain plug are on the '97 SH.
