black and tan interier?

ive seen pics of preludes with the bottom half of the dash being tan and the carpet tan is that like a factory job or is it painted? and new carpet?

No, that was a factory interior found in cars with a green exterior. i believe it was discontinued in 99.

do what i did, change the carpet colour and the vinyl inserts win the doors, change the seats to some nice sparcos and your set...transformed interior in an instant...

where would you get the vinyl inserts for the doors i might jsut stay with black cause im going to get 2 tone leather seats black all around and red centers? sound good? and then i might just paint the vinyl inserts red or get them leatherd

I have it and like it.

I dont like the seats being tan though..

Oh well.. i have to like it as I got my car used at a low price and you can't ask for options at that point...

i like mine (black/tan). lightens it up. but if you have carbon fiber dash kit i dont think it would look right. would look good in all black interior. for the blk/tan interior the brushed aluminum looks good. i got black fllormats on top of the tan carpet. i think it looks better like that. just mt 2 cents.

I've got a black and tan interior too. All that Guiness and Bass I've been drinking.

Oh, my car has one too. I like it alot more than the monochrome interiors, but of course I'm biased I think it has a higher class look to it.
