^^^He's right.

Hell, if you care enough, send him the parts and get a refund.

You're only hope for a refund is through paypal, and they usually don't want to get involved. If you have already run it by them and they refused to help just cut your losses, learn your lesson, and move on.

I'm not trying to do anything here to help my situation. I posted first because i didn't want him to this to someone else. Now somebody was asking for proof and i supplied it, plus vagentleman was saying that i was trying to denigrate him, so i posted all these things to prove otherwise to everyone. Personnally, i moved on and this the last time i'm posting on this subject before it turns into a circus for some fools to argue over. Please do not take this as an attack to you or anyone. I'm not that type and i don't even post much on any forum because a lot of people want to take things to personal. Thanks for understanding.

I tried that and if u payed attention to the conversation between me and him u would see that he's implied that he's not willing to give me refund. I can sell the parts again, although it's gonna take time and won't get my car fixed, but at least i will get money back that way. Again, i'm not posting anything else on this subject. I don't battle people on forums because it's cowardly. Someone made it look like i was blowing smoke and asked for proof and i brought it forth. I don't care if vagentleman gets banned or not. I didn't post here to get him banned but rather to warn people about him and his dirty business practices. I'm not replying to anymore post. I moved on.PEACE

Its generally common practice to disclose communications in negative feedback threads regarding wrong parts, otherwise people can just throw he said / she said crap around

Either way, no one is attacking you... vag man came out and said he sent you the wrong parts, even though the "paper" trail you've posted shows otherwise
