Best tires are on a 350$ budget, including shiping?

I was woundering what the best wheels are if u got basicly around 350$ to spend and i wana have um shiped?

what other money am i gona have to calculate in?

They're really good tires for the price.
The only extra fees would be mounting and balancing them, plus valve stems

How long will these tires last me i drive semi- hard but i only drive to school and work, which are relativly close so a tank of gas lasts me week and a half. I dont race unless guy next to me wants 2 get raped by the prelude
