Best Leather seats for 5th gen

What do you think is the best leather seats for the 5th Lude? I was in Japan last week and I asked the price for the JDM Type- S Leather seats (black with red stitch) and he told me 160,000yen about $1230. Since it's expensive I told him I'll think about it (cuz my bro is going to Japan in few weeks). What should I do? I know the Prelude in Canada comes with leather so maybe I'll get one from there (black leather with black stitch). I rather have OEM Honda seats because of the fit and the looks. Any of you guys own a E&G or Katzskin? tell me your opinion. Thanks

If you want Honda OEM leather, your most economical choice would be to get the leather seats up here in Canada. With the $ exchange rate, you guys will be laughing all the way home. I don't know what the seats go for up here but if they are CDN$1200 you would be paying US$730.

I've got the E&G and you can't tell them from stock. They'll make them to your spec's.

For about 1300 you can get a pair of alcantara (seude) sparco milanos. They look and feel much better imo.

how much would it cost to get the whole SE setup (ie. front 2 seats and back seats, armrest, and door panals)?

How much for all of em?

difference between kat and E&G is when u decided to do two-tone, kat's center part goes all the way down, and e&G cover only the half of bottom seat.

and these are the best site that offer these leather seat that has good price..

Kat - http://www.leatherseats.com/

E&G - www.autoaccessoriesrusfl.com/honda_prelude.htm

Let me say one thing after doing mine, don't attempt it without a Helm's manual in your possession

It's not that it's that difficult, but you really need to see how the seat is assembled, I would say next to impossible without it. On a hardness scale of 1-10 i would put it at about 7 to get them perfect so they look factory. I would definately do it again!
