Sup guys just need someone else's opinion, so basically I am wanting to get and HID kit before winter starts up here and I am looking for a good priced but good quality 8k kit. Also for the 5th gen. Thanks guys.

DDM tuning kits are the cheapest I've come across. I have them in my fogs for years, no issues.
That said, please don't put HID's in your stock headlights. You will blind oncoming traffic.
Who doesn't love HID glare?

I was flipped off by so many driver's while I had HID's in my stock headlights. A retrofit will cost you around $500. but it really gives a Prelude that updated look.
I am going with the DDM Kit , with retrofit of course haha But the bulbs are H1 right? Also should I go with 8 or 6K??
