I have this annoying sound that osculates, it sounds like its coming from the belt on the pullies, dunno which one.

anyone know what it could be? car is 2000 and milage is only at 50K...when the car warms up the sound is reduced but it is still there. When I am driving I cannot hear it, only when the car idles (maybe I just can't hear it over engine sound)...
what could it be?
