bad coilovers?

So the lude I just bought came with tanabe sustec pro coilovers and the drivers side front has a tokico blue strut with racing springs of some sort. This probably isn't very good for the handling dynamics of the car and my car is driving pretty rough right now so there has to be something wrong. Should I order a coilover for the side that doesnt have one or just get a whole new setup like lowering spring instead?

Wowser, I'm pretty sure the 1 shock and random spring is definitely throwing the car out of balance. If you can buy 1 Tanabe Sustec Pro for relatively cheap then I would go for it.

It really depends on what ride quality you want.. Lowering springs with stock shocks won't be a nice ride either.. If you want to go with lowering springs buy Koni shocks or a full set of Tokico blues. If think you might track your car on the weekends or want a more aggressive feel, get coilovers. Either buy the Tanabe Sustec Pro for that 1 corner or a whole new set of coilovers

Yeah I think I might buy one coilover for that side because I want to be able to adjust them its a really nice perk but right now I cant lol and the ride is really bad. I just want to make sure the rest of the coilovers arent bad or something before I but another one. Do tanabes typically go bad after a while?
