Backfiring, tach jumps, and dies n restarts...

Ive been having this problem for a couple days now, I changed spark plugs (ngk Xi), wires, rotor and cap. I have pour some seafoam in the tank to see if it would help. ( and no the crap didnt work ).

Back fires when entering vtec ( drives but sputters ), then the other day it also died and restarted while driving down the road going 35 mph ( first time it has happened so far) Power is on but no fuel....

Could it be the alternator or the Distrubutor

Please help i just want my car to run better

Sounds like the timing could be off, did you remove the dizzy completely?

So it was doing all this before you did anything? I don't think it is but it might be the alternator, most auto parts stores can test your alternator for free while its still in the car. Test that first because its easy and free. Is your CEL on?

Nope the CEL isnt on which i catch very weird...If it was a true miss fire from the cylinders it would throw a code as well if it was the distributor right? but if it was the alternator it wouldn't..
