Automatic Window Motors

Both of my window motors seem like they are going out. When I hit the switch for my windows to go up or down they go up and down but it is very slow. Might not be the motors but i'm really in the dark on this one:. I was wondering if someone had this problem before. I have 2000 lude (automatic) with 55,103 miles on it.

The guides do need to be lubed every now and then. I think you can use white lithium. Just pop off the door panel and look inside. It's a bit of a pain but you should be able to figure it out. And that reminds me, I probably need to do that to mine this summer.

Thanks bro. I just got to find a do it yourself for taking the door panels off. I was hoping that my motors weren't going out cuz I know i might get a little expensive for parts. If you find a do it yourself with pics let me know.
