Saying that I'm dwelling on my own denial seems rude to say to someone that has taken up interest in wanting to know the ins and outs of what they have become passionate about, I apologize for picking your brain and the brain of others, I have read the information and the reassurance of my own research and questioning felt more refreshing then just reading the info that was posted, to speak to those that are the source felt good, my bad, thanks for your help and for others help so far, your words have been heard, again thank you for your help thus far, I'll let you know if I do anything with this complete piece of crap, or not, either way, again, thank you for your help and info.

Nahhh, man, I didn't mean to sound rude, you seemed to have taken this information a lot better than other new people.

Just understand there really is no way to avoid the problems of the SS Preludes.

im doing a 5 spd swap. my car has 150k, parts cost me 650 but since im getting a new clutch flywheel its gonna be another 250, and labor is 550. but if i wanna change the 5th gear stuff its gonna me much more than that.. so yah still debating on whether i should worry about the 5th gear or not. if i replace the 5th gear stuff its gonna be like 300 more parts+labor.
