A list of the parts needed just came through the forum like last week... here is how you find them... first look to your top left... See where it says

Options | Register | Members | Search | etc...

CLICK SEARCH... then type '5 speed swap' and press enter... you'll get a list of threads that have more info than you need.

Swap auto tranny for 5 speed
Swap auto ECU for 5 speed ECU
Install clutch master cylinder and associated plumbing
Install clutch pedal
Remove/alter any wiring associated with auto tranny
Install new shifter and cable
Install 5 speed gauge cluster

Another thing to look into are the engine mounts and drive shafts. They could be a difference between the auto and manual trannys.
