Either grind down the caliper slightly or get wheel spacers for your clearance issue.
And like SH DRIVER says, the ATTS reads wheel speed and compares it to the supposed speed (speedometer) the car is traveling and determines the diameter of the tires. The ones you put on the rear are causing the ATTS unit to trip and it will stay that way until you put the RSX rims back on.
I also have RSX rims on my SH but the light doesn't come on because the tires I have are the same diameter that the stock ones are.
