Attn: So. VA. Luders

Is there any place down here that can alignments on lowered cars w/ 18's besides Bert? That f**cker is charging me $280 for a damn alignment. Every time I go in! I might as well just buy tires every time. Please help! Seems the only place is Lee's or Bert. Lee's is charging $440. Mmm hmm, for an alignment!

P.S. my read out is topped off in the rear and +1.1 on left front and -1.4 on right front.

Does CDE do good alignment? I'm having problem with my alignment. Went to dealer but those idiots said everything was fine, when inner tires were wearing out. Also, those idiots put my diretional tires in wrong direction.

And is $90 for lowered car or for every car? I know it's ususally cheaper for a car that is not lowered.

CDE specializes in lowered cars, my friends and I go there for alignments. It's $75 i think for lowered cars, i had to pay 90 cause i had camber kits that need to be adjusted since i lowered it down to one finger gap all around.

Thanks, I'll just give them a call to see how much it is.

If price is good, and if they do good alignment, I'll go there as soon as I get my car back...

Damn I miss my car...

Yes, CDE knows what they are doing.

Their prices are great too.

Make sure you do the following before your alignment:

1)Remember the exact adjusted height you have at that time. I don't know if you have adj coilovers or just springs.

2)In the future when you adjust for a show or something, make sure you put it back to the driving height when u had the alignment done.

3) for goodness sake, raise that sucker if u're tires are going quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good luck

My car is not lowered. I spended all money on upgrading my engine due to broken valve. Lower will be done later this year.

Anyway, my car is out of alignment eventhough it's not lowered. Bad driving habit I guess.....

Did you guys get your alignment w/ 18's at CDE? You think I'd need a camber kit with my camber read outs? If so, I can buy some put them on before aligning. I'd make the trip up to CDE for an alignment. $90 plus $30 gas is still better than $280.

wow how come they're charging over $200 for an alignment?! i got my shocks and springs installed at inline pro and had my alignment done at the honda dealer for like $50 (they were having a special at the time). but over $200 for alignment is ridiculous!
