APEXi power intake?

so i've been doing some research online and i came acroos the Apexi power intake. i've seen it in some magazines and from the limited reviews online some people said they saw noticeable gains while others said it was a waste of money. obviously APEXi isn't just another no name company so i was wondering if anyone has ever used this intake kit or know anyone that has and if they actually noticed any difference. thanks guys!
