Apex'i Dunk Exhaust owners I need some info

How does it look on the car? Does it look "out of place" or does it have a nice clean fit? I'm about to install the OEM kit. I read somewhere that it doesn't fit that well if you have a kit. Is this true? Also did you guy notice any gains after the install? I'm also going to get DC CC headers, AEM Pullies and maybe a V-AFC. Anyone with this combo? I have heard sound clips and I like the sound a lot. Also does the piping hang low? I'm not planning on dropping my car, if that matters. Thanks.

Yes, I'm actually considering the following,

Greddy Evo
Thermal R&D
Apex'i Dunk
Apex'i N1

I want something that's loud but, not too loud. I've heard all the exhaust on sound or video clips, except for the Thermal. How do you like yours? Does it have a nice sound to it? Thanks.

Those are all great exhaust choices first of all but i picked the thermal b/c i didn't want a grape fruit shooter. I live near cementups and when he showed me it i fell in love w/ it. Sound wise it is awesome w/ a deep grumble (v8 sounding). Not too loud and when wot u can hear it.

Call Cementups (ryan) since he sells them and he probably can get something for u. He also sells all those exhaust u want too and can give u a hook up if interested

When do u plan on getting it? If not soon there are car shows listed below that we are both attending and u can hear them in person

I spoke to Ryan a few weeks back. Cool guy. I'm planning on getting the exhaust at the end of April. Maybe earlier. I'm going to try and make it to that car show. How else is going that you know of?

Heres a pic of mine. If you get the OEM kit the tip of the muffler stops before the end of the kit. You'll see what I mean.

I see. Does your bumper and kit get black from the fumes that come out of the muffler? Is it a lot? I don't want to be cleaning my rear bumper everyday. Thanks.

The bumper doesn't get that dirty, only the bottom of the rear lip gets dirty, not the whole bumper. Also, it burnt the kit a little bit, but who cares you can't see it unless you look at the bottom of the car.

Is it noticible when the bottom of the lip gets dirty? Also, does the piping hang low? Did you notice an icrease in power after you install the exhaust? Thanks for answering my questions.

Got my Apexi Dunk catback and I love it. Nice and deep. Can be loud but if you put some dynamat on the right side of the trunk under the carpeting it helps with the resonating. Overall, very nice exhaust, installation took me about 30 (including the removal of my stock exhaust) It's nice having friends that work at Just Tires (can use impact tools, hydralic lifts). With the silencer its a bit louder than stock. Go for it.
