I've had mine for a little more than a year & a half and I couldn't be happier! Nice deep low rumble at idle & cruising through the parking deck at work. Screams at WOT - but not whiney or ricey. Deep & authoratative. Plus it's offset up higher so it doesn't scrape on stuff. You can't go wrong.

check my set up: http://www.hondaprelude.com/setups/s...ted&order=DESC

As for the loudness of the Evo, IMO it's not too quiet and not too loud...just perfect. It has a nice deep tone under 4k and it just scream when you hit VTEC. I highly recommand it.

Nice. I read your future mods. I'm happy with the AEM. I'd go for it.

I have one and the exhaust 'loudness' is nice now!

On my initial install, My gaskets were not placed properly and the sound was really loud. (gasket put correctly but not centered properly)

I got under tha car to figure waht was going on, paid more attention to the positioning.. and now.. it is great...

It is still not a quiet exhaust..

Ive got a EVo as well and I like they way that it sounds but I think that I want it a bit louder. Im thinking of getting a Apexi N1. The only problem I have with the Evo is the flange hangs directly under the rear A arm and I have a problem with it hitting the ground (never had that problem with the Greddy PE)

I really like import horizon and AIE as well, they are both great companies. I got my Greddy Evo from AIE for only 452, 492 after shipping. I got it quickly (actually took like an extra week, but I had ordered it when Greddy was on backorder for three months) and I really like it. I also got my Greddy Evo and DC Sports Ceramic headers from AIE for less than 800 shipped...great company to deal with and highly recommended.

I love the sound as soon as you start your engine. At idle, sounds very similar to stock, but other than that, and especially at WOT it sounds great. At first, I also wished that it was louder, but that was cuz it sounded quiet inside with windows up. My AEM CAI also made it seem that the exhaust got quieter at WOT, but I think that it's jus cuz the intake gets real loud. But it seems quieter when you have your windows and music up when I roll down my windows/moon roof and lower my music, it sounds great, definitely louder.

I haven't had it scrape on anything....but it's also still at stock height right now. I definitely think that it was worth the money and it sounds great.
