It isn't hard... Just do it with one of your buddies that has the right tools and a spring compressor. The Ntpog directions help a lot.

Did mine with a friend and it took about 4 hours with no directions and a few breaks in between. If I did it again probably a 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours would be spent.

There used to be a place on Hacienda Blvd in the city of La Habra that did it for pretty cheap.. that's where I got my springs installed... 60 bucks and took less then an hour... I think the place has gone out of business though... if not.. ask some of the people on this board to help you... there are alot of s.cal luders in here.
