Another timing belt question

Doing a timing belt on my 2000 Prelude. Got to the point where I need to lower the engine after removing the side engine mount to remove the lower timing belt cover. I can lower the engine but not enough to get the cover out. It looks like I have to remove the AC compressor as it's touching the front cross member when the engine is lowered. The Helms manual says nothing about removing the compressor. Is this the case with 2000 Preludes?

No, you don't need to touch the AC compressor. The engine should be low enough. You just have to keep screwing with it until you get the lower cover off. It's a bit of a PITA with the radius rod in the way.

Well I got frustrated trying to get the cover out so I pulled the alternator and AC compressor. The cover came right out. I'm now reassembling. Should have the car running by tomorrrow.
