I don't know about the rest of ya'll, but here in Dallas, I hardly see any 5th gen ludes, and I love that. I always see tons of other similar cars, but no 5th gen Preludes. I see maybe 2 or 3 a week driving around. And side note - I am sick of seeing Mustangs everywhere, and people think they are so bad ass, I was at a light this morning and saw, at one intersection - 6 Mustangs. Not many Preludes on the road

damn if i lived in midwest instead of out in cally i would make my lude like a 10 second lude and bend over those mustang and camaro foo's...

out here they know honda's are fast too. but i still get the a$$'s in the new mustangs v6..cough cough WACK, that try to race me, i just look over and shake my head.

ya your lude is sexy...but put you stock tails on. you would be even more of a sexy bish.

I actually like cf tails on black ludes. Looks nice and don't see that maney. Now the regular altezzas.

And actually I have the 4th gen APC CF Tails on my car, in my sig pic, those are the 3rd gen tails. But I have a pair of the stock tails with the orange crap removed, and I throw those on from time to time. Still waiting for TYC to come out with some black housing tails, if they ever do.

I know man. Some days I will see 2 maybe 3 and other days, I will see alot of them..I remember one day, I saw 4 fixed up preludes within 15 min. Too bad I wasn't driving my car

Oh well, that why I bought a prelude, cause you rarely see them

I sold my 4th gen and bought a 5th....I ALMOST (for a very split second) considered buying a different car, but....hell no....I love the uniqueness of our cars! When I see one on the street I just want to pull over and talk w/ the owner....actually, that is exactly what I try to do.

But hey, I've recruited quite a few members that way!

Check this out went to murtle beach with girlfriend,,counted 36 f^%Kng rustangs how sad in one night,, seen a few imports on the east coast,,no lude's though,,

SAME HERE! I love that. But its awesome when we all meet up and theres 20 of the "rare breed" in a row. You oughtta check out NTPOG. We all love our cars!

antidote11, why not just get another pair of altezza style lights in the style you want it and paint the inside black to match your paint instead of waiting for a company to make black housing ones?

I just moved from Dallas (Plano), and he's right, there are hardly any 5th gen Preludes around. Now, I'm in Columbus, OH, and it's the same way

It's nice to be different and still have the baddest looking car on the road

yep, not many in richmond, in. or in dayton,oh. (where i am from), that is the main reason i bought one. tired of seeing mustangs, camaro/firebirds, probes, cougars, (anything Ford), i'm even tired of the new corvettes (i'd take one though)

hah.. its funny how alot of east coast ppl replied to this thread rather than W coast cause over here theres a SHIET load of LUDES.. everytime I drive down to get food or whatevers i see like 3-5 at least... most of them stock. But there are a few modified ludes around my hood. Thats what made me wanna mod my lude, to stand out.. haha...

I live only 30 miles away from Dallas, and there are 5th gens everywhere. Four parked in my gym parking lot not counting mine. All the others are stock though.

Yeh, I plan on either waiting for TYC to come out with a tailight with a black housing, or I'm gonna buy another set of the APC ones and do what you said, paint the housing Nighthawk Black.And yeh, I am sick of seeing Mustangs !! They are fu*cking EVERYWHERE !! Like roaches in the ghetto !!
