After Swap, Engine Don't Start Up. Need Help!

Alright...As far as everything. I have a 96 ODBII H23 motor I pulled out of the my car. Swapped in an H22a1 assuming its an ODB1 Motor. I purchased the engine from a local dude. Got the engine and added the TDC sensor on the side of the crank. (Now that is ODBII capable.) After putting back all the things together. I was ready to drop in the engine. At this time for now.. I'm currently using the H23 fuel injectors. I know I need to use a Vtec for this setup. But for now its my temp. So here we go. I start up the engine and it would crank but not start all the way. So I crank it up again.. but no luck. Pissing me off to the point when I connected every single thing there is. I have both P13 and P14 Ecu at hands just to make sure if either one of them would work. Still no luck. I'm actually working on the car to see whats the deal with it right now. If you had this problem before.. and got the engine running.. let me know aight... thanks for your help.
