aem cai? venom 400

I heard that aem cai are not easy to install. is this true? does anyone also have the Venom 400 module on there 'lude. is so, hows the power in the lower rpm's? thanx....

Yeah, the CAI is a PITA to install unless you have a dremel or are willing to rip apart some metal in the intake hole.

I suggest you go out & get yourself a dremmel...after that the AEM CAI install is cake. All in all it took about 30-45 minutes.

As for the Venom...I heard it doesn't do jack sh!t for a manual prelude but you will notice some low end power on the automatic.

Hrm... I have never heard of the Venom 400 module. Anyone have any more information on this? Anyone actually use one?

Yeah, the aem is cake dude. The hole is not that bad at all. The hard part is taking out the resonator, if that is hard.....

And yeah, what is the Venom 400?

actually, I think the hardest part was trying to get the splash guards under the car back on

As for the venom 400...go to hondaprelude.com & search for venom 400, you'll get 1000s of peoples opinions.

i had one on my auto civic EX and it sucked, no gas mileage and same performance as stock
