Aem CAI and offset

I removed my CAI and there was a little bit of oil in it by the throttle body. Is this normal or do I have a bad PCV.

Also my car is stock height and might be lowered a little if my body kit(once it is on) doesn' scrape(lots of speedbumps and potholes where i drive). I want to get 17x7.5 rims with 205/45/17 tires. I know it is all about the offset but i don't know the equation to figure it out. My questions is will these rims and tires work without rubbing. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Make sure you get a wheel that is 45 or higher offset and combine that with a 215/40/17 tires and you'll be fine.
