I'm collecting everything for a five speed swap, and I'm completely aware that most accord parts fit in preludes. I got an M2A4 tranny and found the accord shifter and cables, everything else is easy to find except the pedals. Will the accord pedals fit? I've found the 90-97 set for the accord with the clutch reservoir for $74 but I cannot find an exact prelude replacement. I've also spoken to some people thinking it may be possible to trim the brake pedal and just get the clutch itself. Any info is much appreciated.
Why not get the clutch and brake pedals from the Honda dealership. I wouldn't advise "trimming the brake pedal. It's kinda important that the "brake" pedal doesn't actually "break." Also you need to brace the clutch pedal when you install it, so that it doesn't flex too much. Do a search. I'm sure most of this has been covered at some point.

Dealership is looking for $300 bucks for a brake and clutch pedal, but that's with the brace also. I've searched it everywhere, haven't found a thing. So I'm looking at $300 for pedals, but after that I just need a shift boot and intermediate shaft. Thanks though.
About $150 here. Could always buy used from a junkyard for probably half of that. Search better; you will find a decent deal
One thing that I've learned about dealerships (and not just Honda) is that they price fix their parts according to the the "average" price that the parts sell for at dealerships in the area. If you live in an affluent area, they charge more - even above MSRP! I saved over $1200 by ordering parts online when I had a major AC implosion.
Yes, I've finally found a five speed prelude in a junkyard. So I'm going up there tomorrow to try to take everything I need before it's stripped down. Thanks though guys. Getting it for $150 for the assembly, bolts, brace, everything.

Glad to hear you found one FTW.

Will this work just as well?
I just wanna be %100 before blowing money on it. I do understand the earlier models had an h22 also but I'd appreciate some reassurance so the swap will go smoothly. Thanks guys.
That part looks just fine. The part about upgraded bearings is stupid though, because nobody breaks a halfshaft (you will break everything else first).
I'm surprised you can't find another halfshaft from somewhere else though for less than $100.
