I'll ask the year of the Prelude and Accord before I say 'no, you can't do it'.

Okay, another question.
If you already have an Accord, then why would you want to buy one?

I figured it was the F22 in the Accord, so I did a quick search with the terms 'F22 transmission'.
I have lead the horse to water.......

Also...
If you don't know much about cars, then you really shouldn't be trying to tackle a tranny swap. That's my opinion, take it or leave it.

Depends. You can resolder the original ECU, get a new OBDII for a manual then have your key reprogrammed, or run a ODBI ECU.

So you want to take an F22 tranny and bolt it up to the H22 motor already in your Prelude? I'm assuming you plan on destroying your acceleration ability for improved gas mileage. Which leads me to ask, why not just drive the Accord?

I was under the impression the car got repaired. If not, I still don't like the idea of the tranny swap. Downgrading a Prelude is offensive to me.
OP, You might look into getting a different H22 tranny with a taller 5th gear. Or just sell the Prelude and buy that girly Honda.....ummmm....Civic, yeah Civic.
