About Stock Struts...?

Ok, i plan to lower my car with Ground Control CO. i have a 2001 Base, with like 5,000 miles, and i was wondering is it ok to ride around with just the GCs on for like a month or two, then once i save up enough money to get the Koni Yellows...? also i plan on dropping it 2.5-3"

You should be OK for a couple months, but why do the install twice. Why not just wait until you get the Konis and do it all at once. Also, you might want to buy a camber kit if you plan on dropping 2.5-3"

do you think a neuspeed sport drop (1.5 - 1.75 inch) would require camber correction?

When I had mine on, I didnt need one as I was right around -1 on the good alignment readout. However, the closer you are to -1 and over, the more wear there will be on the inside, but then I didnt notice much more wear on the inside than the outside. I ran at a lot of autox's though and constantly changed tires.

Neuspeed Sports will drop you closer to 1.5", so you should not need camber adjustment.

Which springs do NOT need a camber kit?

Drop it like its hot!
