? about dirt in intake

I have searched and couldnt find the answer im looking for and i know there is prolly nothin i can do.
I recently changed my air filter due to the fact i had never cleaned my aem one and it was black [i know im retarded] and i know dirt got in my intake and into the engine. i was just wondering if there was anything, besides tearing the engine apart, to do to get that dirt out, or will it eventually clean it self out? i dont know
