99 Prelude Won't Start

Hey everyone,
This one has got me really stumped. My prelude hates cold starts. But usually with some feathering of the gas it'll start right up. Well yesterday it wouldnt start. Its been in my garage since. It cranks, but won't start. It kind of acts like its getting no spark. Just replaced the fuel filter, wires, plugs, and coil last week. The fuel pump turns on, and when I removed the banjo bolt on the fuel filter, when we started it, fuel was pouring out of the filter like it should. Just replaced the cap and rotor tonight, still hasnt fixed it. Battery is good, ICM is good, all the ICM's wires are good and all the fuses are good. Im running out of ideas. HELP!

Yeah fuel pumps good. I tested the new coil I got the other night, it has resistance in the primary winding, but the secondary has none and theres continuity between the A and B plug. Any idea what keeps blowing my coil? This will be the third one in a week

You checked fuel flow up to the filter, but did you check between the filter and the injectors? Do the spark plugs smell like gas when you remove them?

Yeah its getting fuel to the injectors. Spark plugs do smell like fuel and there is fuel on them. Crankshaft sensor maybe?
