99 prelude turn signals don't work HELP PLEASE

When I use my hazard light button the dash lights come on and all the lights blink back and front, but when I use the stalk for individual signals, the dash lights nor the outside lights work. I tried to read up and it said it could be a fuse but I'm a newb since this is my first car and I don't know which fuse is for the turn signals on the diagram. Can someone help me out before I go to a shop.

Ugh.

In the future, feel free to use the Search button. FYI, you want fuse #39.

well i found the fuse and replaced it and that didn't fix the problem. do you think it could be a problem inside my steering wheel where the stalk is? or maybe with the relay fuse under the dash?

Check the fuse. See if it blew as soon as you replaced it.

nope fuse isn't blown. I pulled the fuse out and tried to use the hazards and they didn't work. I put the fuse back in and they worked again but still no turn signals. So im thinking that maybe something inside my steering wheel is wired wrong because it just stopped working about 3 days ago. What do you think?
