99 Prelude SH vacuum routing nightmare

Hello All.

I am having trouble with the vacuum routing.
I think I have it down -minus 2 ports on the side on the intake.

i just blocked them off. everything else to me looks ok, and the motor doesnt jump forward anymore in traffic. what a *****.

I followed this routing map, but it doesnt even show the 2 nipples on the right side (drivers side) of the intake.

Where the hell do these go? ive got them blocked off at the moment.
Anyone with an SH / or even a base know what the solution is?
I also have a error code for the EGR, and I assume its all related to the
2 nipples. let me know if you can help me . Thanks.

Make sure you have the 2 lines going to the EGR solenoid in the right spots and not swapped. That can cause you to throw a code immediately. Or if you have just over 110k on the car your egr ports may need to be cleaned.

Try this link - I THINK this is the diagram you may need, you be the judge if it matches up:

Did you have a swap done or something? any reason your lines were mixed up? I have a funny feeling that diagram i linked is for an h23... and it somehow just doesn't match up to one on an SH

Ah, yeah that deff. makes sense now lol. Thought that IM looked out of place.

So did you try blocking off the 2 nipples on the side and then double-checking the other lines? As I mentioned, if the lines are swapped on the egr solenoid - you'll get a CEL for the egr.

Check on that and then reset your CEL - drive around for a bit and see if it comes back on. If it does, try cleaning your EGR valve and possibly last resort - your EGR ports.
