Sorry if my explanation is a bit "weird". I'm don't know much about automobiles.

I recently bought the car.
My driver side headlight stopped working, but the passenger side headlight still worked.
The bulb for the driver side works fine. (I checked by testing the bulb on the passenger side.)
I checked the headlight fuses and both of them looked fine.

Here's where my other problems begin.

After returning the fuses to their proper spots, I noticed that my blinkers stopped working while my headlights are on. On my dash, the left turn arrow stays green, only when the headlights are on.

I played around and pulled my lighting relay which solves the blinker problem, but the headlights go out. Putting the relay back, it returns to the same state.

Any ideas?

You already figured it out or found a place to start; it's a bad relay.
