98 Prelude Auto Window, Off Track? UPDATED

I let my girlfriend borrow my car this morning, by 9.AM I had a call.

Somehow she broke the driver side window (It no longer goes up or down, the motors drive but the glass moves very little), it feels like the glass has fallen off or out of whatever holds it in place and when I shut the door the glass rattles.

So I took the door panel off and this is what I found.

When I opened it up it only had 2 bolts holding the regulator and motor looks like the other 2 have been ripped out, they were sitting in the bottom of the door.

So, how do I fix this?
