97 base with OBD1 conversion harness P13 ECU - Injector Questions
Stats...
97 Prelude Manual base model,
Original/Stock USDM H22 Motor,
Skunk2 Chipped P13 ECU,
OBD2 to OBD1 Conversion Adapter.
Car was sold to me with a Civic ECU, of course it never started because of the immobilizer. Still waiting on the guy that got my money to mail me the P5M. Don't ask me what they were trying to do, I didn't know it until I drug it all the way home. Thought it would start after I recovered two jam nuts in the oil pan and reset the valves.
The car runs and drives with my P13, however, my questions are...
Should I continue using my current OBD2 Fuel Injectors?
If not, can I use OBD1 Injectors from an H23 (92-95 Prelude NON-Vtec)?
Am I missing out on potential power?
Could I damage anything running it like this?
Thanks in advance for your input, please only answer the questions you are sure of so everyone doesn't have to read excess posts.
