I just got a 98 SH that was a former Honda Training Center car. It has 6K on it. The other belts look good. The engines runs smooth. Should I change the timing belt?
I know the 6K is unbelievable but I verified. Here's the car:
Visually inspect the belt. If you think it needs replaced, then do it. But definitely change the oil before you do ANYTHING else to the car.

It says reserve not yet met. I'm guessing they are just doing that to advertise it because it says it would be for sale after the auction ends at the dealership if the reserve is not yet met. I'd go down and try to buy it

Honda recommends changing the timing belt and the timing balancer belt at 105k miles or 84 months, whichever comes first - so you're well past due. Rubber deteriorates with age - replace ALL the belts and tires. Change all the fluids. Also note that gasoline stored over a period of time will varnish.

Per the owners manual and/or Helms service manual - YES
It's not 11 years old. It's only 6 months old, after spending 10 years in a time capsule.

Dayum. What a cream puff. I agree with the guys who say change it though. Unless you're buying it with some kind of warranty, I'd be very careful, and verify all this info with a carfax or something.
Ask anyone who's ever wintered a car on a regular basis, and they'll agree that storing a car improperly is just as bad or worse than driving it every day and not doing any maintenance.
Besides, those 6,000 miles might have been pretty rough. You never know. $14k is a lot to lay down for something with NO warranty.
I would not think of selling my 99 for 10K. Just over 30K and still like new.
I think I remember you saying at one time that you bought you lude new(or are you being sarcastic), and from the join date, I'd say it's true......how have you put so little miles on it since new? Do you drive city a lot, or just never drive it.......ohhhh, to have a low milage Prelude.
