if you dont care then no it doesnt matter, however the stock wheels were designed with a different driver/passanger side applications.

Mmm... So it actually effects the driving I'm guessing.. If so how do I know which way the wheels patterns are?? Is there a way to tell?

It doesn't affect how it drives.

It is mostly for aesthetics.

There are two LEFT wheels and two RIGHT wheels. They are marked on the inside of the wheel near the mounting surface.

The difference is the direction of the twist to the spokes.
