This is difficult to assess since you have a UK model that's obviously a little different. From what I can remember, an ABS light that will not spit out a code means that the actual unit itself is faulty since it won't respond to diagnostics. Someone with a Honda Diagnostic Tool would be able to learn more from it than someone trying to diagnose it with a paper clip, more or less.
