5th gen SS tranny probs less in 2k-2k1 models????

I bought a 2000 lude new in july and now it has 14.1k on it. Anywayz i heard that mainly 97-99 have horrible tranny probs, but very few have probs from the 2000 and 2001 models....is this true...should i be worrying...i use SS mode most of the time and since i have bought it i have had no probs with it at all.....

I'd imagine its because the early models have more miles on them so we will see. I have a 98 SS w/68,000 on it and no problems, always use SS mode too

Hehe, maybe the 98's are just awesome, cuz mine's at 56K, same thing (ie SS all the time, race it, etc) with no probs.
