5th Gen. Altezza's

last year I bought some clear altezza lights' for my lude but once they were installed it left a small gap on each side near the quater panel, I wasn't too happy about that now I sold my lights and want to get new ones, does anybody know exactly which make of altezza light fits perfectly with no space or gap? Someone told me the APC's do but I aint sure
Thanks in advance

Altezzas don't fit well at all so that is why some of people have leaking problems w/ them. I had to use tons of clear tape on the upper side to prevent water from getting in, my friends were like "are the lights held on by tape?!" Altezzas are not OEM so fitment is not guaranteed. If you ever get bored of Altezzas, clear out your stock taillights (red on top, clear on bottom = sweet )

Not to hurt your feelings but don't get them again. They were different when they first came out(I never really like them) but now everybody has them. I, like Makavelli, believe the stock ones are much nicer and cleaner looking. It's a little ricey to have them. Again, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings. Good luck whatever you do.

Everyone on this board is gonna scream 'LOSE THE ALTEZZAS AND CLEAR THE STOCK TAILS'

Just if you dont want to hear that... just don't check this thread again.

(btw.. atlezzas are cheap, cheaply made... they're not going to fit right)

hmmmm , once he gets to about 10 posts he will realize that altezza's are g@y.. but yes i do believe that APC would fit perfectly (my friend has them), but i heard they leak too.. . and knowing APC, even tho it fits, it probably isn;t good quality.. IMO
...just clear urs out or sumthin... airzjordan has some sweet tails, check his out. good luck.

In my opinion Altezzas only look right on Lexus and Maximas/Altimas...really any car that has them stock, because they're generally decent quality. There are exceptions of course...I think carbon fiber altezzas looks pretty nice on FBP & NBP 5th gens, since they blend right in. Nothing looks worse than a car with big chromed out altezzas on the back; it reminds me of seeing hardass kids driving around listening to NSYNC at top volume...completely clueless.

I had cf altezzas on my silver lude, imo they did look nice, but too many damn barely show even more no go cars in my city had them,so I took them off,on the right side it stuck out a little and I noticed when I got them water could leak in so I bought some clear sealant and sealed them up

"Lexus lights" lights are where altezzas came from... the Lexus IE300 or the Toyoya 'Altezza' in Japan.
