4 pin or 5 pin or both relays for JDM fogs?

I am going to install my JDM fogs this weekend with my USDM kit that I bought at my local Honda dealer. I thought I was all set but I noticed that on the Honda instructions it has a 4 pin and a 5 pin relay. I only bought the 4 pin. Do I need both? All the instructions I have seen only use 1 relay. Can anybody tell me if I need the 5 pin too? Everything I have except for the lights is USDM.

Thanks

the usdm needs both relays. they come on at different times than the jdm fogs so they use different relays

The USDM harness completely changes the headlight circuit instead of being an addition, like the JDM harness. Because with USDM fogs, they ONLY come on with the lowbeams (you cant change this if the harness is stock) and shut off when you turn the high beams on. Thats why the two relays are necessary.

The part number is:
39797-SE0-004 (Four PIN) $40.60
39799-SE0-014 (Five PIN) $38.18
