3rd front swaybar endlink I've broken...

I've had my Tanabe 30.4mm front sway bar on my car for about 11 months now and I've broken 3 right end links including the one I replaced when I first installed the bar. The bar is installed correctly yes lol. Has anyone ever made some custom links? And could someone shed some light as to why this is happening?

Try ensurign the bar is center under the car where it should be, it sounds like you have one side that is either out of whack on the car or out of whack on the bar, but either way there is someing that is causing a pressure differential on the right side of that bar causing it to stress the endlink enough to break it.

Nope, everything is 100% proper. I've measured here and measured there to be certain that the bar is even under the car on both sides.

Yes then obviously the problem lies elsewhere. If i were you i would go and take my car for an alignment and then whenit was "true" i would be lookign into getting my car up to measure the trueness of the frame. What you fail to realize is, is there is somethign goign on that is causing excess stress on that enlink. Fine you installed it correctly but that doent mean there isnt a weight bias towards that endlink. The issue could be a few different things.

I certainly hope my frame isn't bent. I do have some negative camber and toe in because it's lowered but it's equal on either side in front. I'm taking it in for a laser alignment tomorrow to get it as OE spec as I can

an alignment will only say if your wheels are sitting right, but you should be able to tell by how much teh one side with the broken endlink needs adjsutment. From thre iwould be lookgin into the frame to ensure it is true.
