35% tint on a Black lude

What're so opinions on getting 35% tint all around (excluding windsheild of course) on my black car. Does anyone have any pictures? Some friends had the same concern as me..tint seems to look better when it clashes with the body color (ie silver car with black tint)...all it might take is a picture to change my mind

Any opinions welcome

I don't have a picture that depicts it well, but I have 35% on all my windows except the windshield (nothing on it at all). Everybody I've talked to says it looks a lot better than it did stock. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get silver tint. The only time I think that would look good is if you go with an agressive kit and if you put on like 80% normal black tint then put 80% slightly-reflective over it to lessen its reflectivity. I've never seen it done, but it sounds like it might look cool

EDIT: oh and my lude is NBP

Get 5% Tint. You wont regret it. Looks like your windows are painted along with the car almost with a glossy look.

Mother ****ter...I just called them and made an appt., and found out that 35% on the driver and front passenger windows are illegal...apparently any tint is onthose windows...They'll still do it, but I wonder if it's worth it? I don't want to get pulled over for this crap or not be able to get inspected
and who the hell wants just their little back windows tinted?!

I live in cali too (bay area), and i got 60% (or is it 65%) on my side windows and 35% on my rears and didnt have any troubles.. just dont get 35% on your side windows and you should be fine. And always roll down both your windows if you get pulled over to avoid any further trouble with the cops.

I just got my pearl white tinted 35% today. It looked really dark to me. I was kinda scared because cops are really hardasses about stuff like that in Jersey. But the more I drive my car, the more I like it.

I have a question though. I got it back today and it has smears all over the place. When can I wipe it off? I don't even know if I can wipe it off.

No, I'm serious. It looks like it was still wet though.

I can't really tell now but I think it's all going away.

If it's like that tommorow I'm taking it back to them.

Yeah, your tint takes about 3-4 days to fully cure, until then the windows will look they were cleaned with some bad windex or something, and there will be a slight haze to them.
