2001 prelude se.. what do i need to no?

looking at a 2001 prelude se. what are some common things to look for in the car? thanks, this is my first car. want the most out of it.

Rust builds up in the rear wheel wells along the edge of the quarter panel. This is because of the black moulding Honda used to seal the edge against rocks and sand.

Foremost though, make sure the timing belt was changed after 7 years or 105,000 miles. One common sign is the tensioner for the belt becoming noisy and rattling. Here's what to expect:

Check the oil level because the H22 burns oil a little more than most people are comfortable with. Constant driving at low oil levels can result in leaks and even more oil consumption.
