2001 Prelude JDM headlights wiring problem

I bought a 01 prelude and it came with JDM halo headlights. One of the lights the halo's dont work, the high and low beams work but the halos seem to be dead. We tried to figure out the wiring but its way too confusing without diagrams. Does anyone have any you can send me? Also we noticed the boxes that are connected to the wires are kinda hot except one of the boxes is cold like its dead, could that be the problem? Help! I need to fix this cause I'm afraid they wont pass my inspection and I really like the way it looks. Thank you.

There is no such thing as "JDM halo headlights" those are just ebay headlights man, hate to break it to you.

Get a normal set of Depo replacements or stock headlights, it's normal for the rings to go out on those ebay lights.

Honestly, I'm not sure if you even can fix them. As I said - it's such a common issue with those headlights...usually people just get new ones. If you have a high beam and low beam you can pass inspection without the "rings" lit.
