I've got a 1999 Prelude Vtec.
I rebuilt the motor and took the turbo off. The problem i am having, is i feel its running a little rough. I've checked all sparkplugs at each cylinder, they are firing. I've lined up the marks on the timing belt and the flywheel, they are lined up. Car starts fine. When checking the ignition timing, i can see the 15 mark, but when i adjust the distrubtor, it does not change the location of the mark. Anyone have any thoughts why the turning the distubtor isnt changing my timing. I do suspect that my vaccum lines might not be right because i took off the turbo. any vacuum line pics on 1999 stock h22a4 might be helpful.

hmmm did checked the firing order??? Thats what happened to mine lol i jus did a t-belt and ran bad then i started messing with the timing, no luck. i checked the firing order of my plug wires and who ever had the lude b4 me messed it up.
