1998 Prelude, a good deal or dud?

I looked at a Honda Prelude today, it has a relatively new engine with 44k miles and new transmission with 22k miles. Owner said it was in good condition and was asking $4350, slightly above KBB (body has 188k, which is quite high).

I saw the car and thought it was is okay condition, there were two minor dings and fading from the Florida sun. A few minor interior issues, broken door handle, rear speakers were disconnected, the sunroof rattled (easy fix I think), and caution light button pushed in. I test drove the car and it was it idling low, shaky at a full stop. The car was also pulling to the sides but had alignment last year. I'm no car expert, I'm just a college student who happens to like Preludes. I might take it to a mechanic tomorrow depending on the feedback I get. I thought okay, it has issues and the price might be a little high, but hey it has a new engine that sure cost some bucks. I want to take it to a mechanic but am just not sure if its worth it.

Keep looking or try for it?

If it's an auto, don't buy it. They have a high rate of premature failure.
