Walked another mustang (5.0 litre)

This one was a better race. We started from a redlight, and for the first time, I launched my car at about 4k rpms. I took him off the line (BAH who needs the V8 low end torque lol) I stayed about a car up on him until 2nd gear when he had to shift before me i walked some there, and then in third the gap kept growing. I slowed down to tell him good race, and he goes at me again. This time was from about 60, so i drop it into 3rd and walk him easily. God i love handing it to V8s. Great times

factory was 225fwhp so its a good driver race to our 200fwhp, however his car should be much older, giving more room for wear&tear and bad system conditions causing bad power production. So i can see that car only making 180~ to the ground.

But i do agree with above, a good friend of mine has a '92 GT with a 351 bored to 363, viper gts 6 speed custom fab-mounted, fully gutted, full cage, supercharger (6lb) + 100 shot of nos that runs race gas-only and gets 5 mpg, but thats the best 725RWHP you'll ever see *BUTTERGRIN*
