yup, they even tried to charge me 180 dollars to splice 2 wires back on the map sensor. I laughed at them so hard and told them off till they didn't make me pay for taking it in. totall A-holes
That's just wrong. I used to work at the local Honda dealership back when I was in high school so they hook me up with good deals on parts and labor. I still have an employee discount on parts and labor. Sorry u don't get the same kind of service. I guess they must have thought you were trying to pull a fat one over on em or something. That's still messed up though. There's no way that the VForce would make your O2 sensor go tits up. That should be under warranty. Bastards.

Ooops. That's right. You already said you had the DC header on there. Did u still have your stock cat? As long as you didn't install it wrong and the cat was there to heat up the sensor properly I still don't see how they could get away without fixing it for free. But of course, dealerships will say the warranty is void because you modified the car. That's a bunch of sh*t though. Anyways. Good luck with your car. Any plans for modifications in the future?
ya, dealerships will avoid it as much as possible unfortunately oh well. I'm going to do suspension mods, i'm not big on the whole looks thing, at most i'd go with oem body kit, maybe an WW RS piece here or there, but thats all superficial add ons. I want to get shocks and springs next. of course my header whenever it comes in
oh definately new tires in a week or so my homemade slicks are scaring me in puddles hehehe
they said i could have a dc stainless steel if i wanted, it would take one extra week and it was a free replacement, i'm like sure, another 70 bucks for free why not. Now i've been waiting for almost half a year and never got it. always on backorder after 3 misshipments.

That's cool that it's only costin u $70 but that blows that it's taken them 6 months to get it to u. You seem to have bad luck with shops. Hope u get it soon. Take some pics.
yep VSV performance has taken FOREVER to get him his header. There was no charge, it was a free upgrade. But As they say theres no such thing as a free lunch (6 months is ridiculous)

Any friend of a GTP owner is allright in my book and even thoses that are not ...hehehe just wondering do you ever go to the track and race...
free upgrade at the cost of 1 week, the insurance was paying so i said sure. I'm calling tommorow if they don't have it i'm going to file a complaint with geico (the other guys insurance) and see if i can get 500 dollars for the header plus keep that one. I think that would be fair considering i can't refund the header on backorder
yeah GTPs are alright by me . man at the races last night there was this cockmaster with a 94 mustang gt bright yellow who kept saying, sorry but i'm not gonna waste gas on your family sedan (to jason in teh gtp) and we all tried to get him to go. Then we put 10 bucks on the line then he came up with a *** excuse of not racing b/c he has tickets yet not 5 mins prior he was racing. I'm sure i coulda taken him in my lude and was postive that the gtp woulda beat him, why i was willing to bet 3 of my dollars lol
