quick run with vw golf not sure the exact model

It had the bigger rims so i know it wasnt the bottem end model, anyways i was on my routine commute home from work and i take an alternate route from the freeway due to massive traffic these days and on of the roads is this really twisty one which makes the drive home great. Anyways its two lanes going and two coming and i am in the inside lane and this golf is right on my bumper so i slowly start to accelerate to make the gap and he keeps closing the gap so by now i am about like 4k rpms in 4th and i juss continue to accelerate through the turns and the golf has to drop back and so i let off after the end of the twisties im sure he probably let off early but i got sick of being tailgated and i normally never race or speed i juss got frustrated in this situation but made sure that it was clear before i acted.

He he, was it blue with a front lip? Sounds like someone ran into one of the new R32 AWD turbos!
