Quick Question.. do we even have to worry about this new car?
saw my first one on the road a few days ago... it sounded pretty nice idoling... though it was some unknow a/m exhaust system on it.

Looks like it would be a close race. Probably get a prelude off the line, but Im betting the lude would pull slightly top end.

It weighs 2960 lbs, so it Is pretty heavy too. It's funny how even supercharged, it's just a little more powerful then what we have NA.

if magazine time says 6.3/15.3, then it is faster than us in reality.
magazine time says we run 7.0~7.7/15.6~15.8s. yet, we manage low 15s with good drivers.
they WILL manage 14s stock with good drivers.

we will get murdered stock vs stock and mod vs mod. yes, its a sad reality.

Don't forget that Honda stopped making the Prelude in 2001, and the H22 is a motor that dates back to 1992. If Honda (the bastards they are) would have continued with the Prelude, I'm sure it would have more hp, or at least had a k series. My bet would be that the Prelude would have shared the K24 with the TSX.

that would be bombestic. k24 with TSX. We would probably receive couple more ponies too as we are sports line-up.

with more torque, smoother power delievery, and 6-spd tranny..

eh... I pulled 5-7 cars on a new ION redline... they are rated at 205 & 200.... with a 14.8 quarter mile. btw - I pull 6-10 cars on a stock 5g... a 4g is a diff matter... if you own a 5g and aren't hitting mid-14's, don't bother haha
